100% Whole Wheat Bread*100%全麥麵包




一直好奇如果全麥100%,會多難吃,結果不像想像ㄉ糟,口感稍粗ㄌ一些,還是柔軟有水分,

但是不像白麵包一樣軟綿綿就是ㄌ,味道也不同,有濃厚ㄉ麥香味,我還是喜歡摻一部分一般麵粉ㄉ做法...
