100% Whole Wheat Bread*100%全麥麵包




一直好奇如果全麥100%,會多難吃,結果不像想像ㄉ糟,口感稍粗ㄌ一些,還是柔軟有水分,

但是不像白麵包一樣軟綿綿就是ㄌ,味道也不同,有濃厚ㄉ麥香味,我還是喜歡摻一部分一般麵粉ㄉ做法...

白魚全麥三明治



這幾天外出及K寶生日,忙著陪K寶玩LEGO,没空上來瞧瞧,原來已經要過年ㄌ,還是搞不清楚哪一天,待會得趕緊打電話給爸媽...剛好昨天Super Bowl,吃fish sandwich, 算是年年有魚,本來要做tuna sandwich,但是那個tuna 看起來實在不怎麼新鮮,這塊白色魚排,忘記叫啥名,不比tuna 便宜,一磅也要十幾塊美元,作成sandwich,實在有點浪費,因為煎好時,塊狀魚肉ㄉ口感香味都較好,但是老公習慣吃這樣ㄉsandwich...
