Caramel Dip


喜歡吃牛奶糖ㄉ人,絕不可錯過這種caramel dip,簡直是在吃超軟式牛奶糖,我這個胡搞ㄉ版本,放在室溫(冷颼颼ㄉ室溫)過久,變硬ㄌ...這是用Honeycrisp apple 去dip,事後證明...有點浪費...平價&超酸ㄉGranny Smith apple,還是最佳選擇...再次證明→昂貴材料不一定造就美食...


有興趣ㄉ人,可以參考一下FoodNetworkㄉcaramel sauce receipe,有一堆ㄉ食譜,做法材料很簡單,我下次再來試試哪一種較好...


把這硬硬ㄉcaramel sauce,再去微波幾秒就軟ㄌ,那天和K寶吃ㄌ一堆,實在太好吃ㄌ,我這胡搞版用brown sugar, water, whole milk & butter,味道還真不錯,可惜容易crystalized,下次乖乖來找食譜試試...吃完後當然是滿嘴caramel,就不用貼出來獻醜啦...


可惜沒照apple slices,沾著caramelㄉ誘人照片,因為忙著吃,哈哈哈,老公說他也嘗試做過,不甚滿意,看來我得來幫他試出creamy, soft & pourable caramel sauce 啦...
