Crackers*Butter, Garlic & Dill


外面賣ㄉcrackers,通常添加不少東東,更有用hydrogenated vegetable/palm oil,及genetically modified soybean oil/canola oil,小孩子吃ㄌ實在不好,所以一直很想做crackers,只是一直在忙別ㄉ事,今天終於上網查ㄌ一些食譜,綜合一下,又實驗起來,沒法照食譜ㄉ原因,是因為在高奶油/油及baking soda/powder打轉,總想figure out 比較健康ㄉ食譜及作法,這只是第一次實驗,來日方長ㄚ...

沒用尺,直接用pastry cutter 切ㄉ,還不錯,夠直吧,ㄎㄎ...

K寶要和cracker dough 照相...pastry cutter買ㄌ大概1~2年,只作ㄌ一次ravioli,就放起來乘涼,這次終於又派上用場,物盡其用...


烤好時香味四溢,雖然口感還不盡人意,因為沒用baking soda/powder,又只用ㄌ一匙奶油,又沒桿夠薄...不斷ㄉ實驗及失敗是學習新知ㄉ方式...
