花生/綠豆沙椰子麻糬 || Peanut/Mung Bean Mushu



從來不知道麻糬這樣好做,以前嘴饞時,到亞洲店買了冷凍不知多久的台灣義美麻糬,還得微波一下,才能吃,吃時還有冷凍櫃的味道,又不敢買新鮮這兒做的,因為怕怕,所以想歸想,已經超過一二年沒吃了,在網路找了一下食譜做法,好像很麻煩,自己胡搞一下,原來簡單又好吃,Q軟的要命,比起在台灣市面上賣的麻糬,一點兒也不差,比起冷凍櫃的當然好吃太多啦,早知道就自己做,害我想念了這麼多年,麻糬做好,吃在嘴裡時,眼淚真的快要掉下來,K寶直說是最好吃的snack,當然那句口頭禪: Mommy, you're the best ! 又出籠啦...照片真是快照,亂照,隨便照,因為做的當中,K寶幾次伸手要拿去吃,做好時,兩人口水都快滴下來了,那有閒功夫拍照,根本想直接塞到嘴裡,不過為了torture大家 ...ㄚ不是...分享大家,還是快速按了幾下快門就算數...

道地PIZZA大解謎




網路常見"道地"一詞,道地法國菜,道地泰國菜,道地墨西哥菜,道地brownie? 道地cookies? 道地naan? 道地pizza? "道地"一詞,在此聽來感覺有點自相矛盾,尤其如果提到食譜/餐廳的菜餚,那就像說Da Vinci’s "Adoration of the Magi"(1481-82) 是"道地"達文西一樣虛無飄渺,"道地"一詞,本來有正面意義,但是用錯地方,只有誤導的負面結果,千萬要小心使用...那麼道地的pizza,到底是怎樣的pizza?...
