White Chocolate Almond Cookies*Christmas Cookies Series

這批white chocolate almond cookies,是家裡烤過的cookies中,最快速消失的一批cookies之一,材料並不需要用到1 stick of butter,也不需要用到漂白過的cake flour,用的是較健康的100% whole wheat全麥麵粉...附食譜做法...


前一陣子,暴龍和K寶玩起美國50州拼圖比賽,暴龍常常故意要和K寶比賽,雖然我對這樣的競賽不以為然,anyway,結果K寶在11分鐘內,就把50州+周圍的海洋全部拼完成,暴龍在費了15分鐘,還沒拼完東西兩岸的州後(尤其是東北角許多小州),宣告放棄,大概是怕時間拖越久越丟臉,ㄎ...


White Chocolate Almond Cookies 材料及作法:(12 cookies)(1 cup=1杯=250ml, 1 tbsp=1大匙=15ml, 1 tsp=1小匙=5ml, 1 lb=454g)


A. 用wire whisk攪勻

1/2 cup+2 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour(Bob's Red Mill stone ground)

1/2 cup ground almond

1/4 cup butter milk powder



B. 將以下材料加入攪勻,最後再加入A混勻,不要過度攪拌

1 egg

1 tbsp butter(melted)

3 tbsp grapeseed oil

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 tbsp whole milk

1/3 tsp baking soda

4 squares of white chocolate baking bar(chopped)



C.用大湯匙將混好的batter,舀起放在烤盤(墊錫箔紙)


D.烤箱預熱至375F,烤10分鐘(依個人烤箱調整)
