Garlic Parmesan Herb Breadsticks

因為暴龍的Italian dunkers obssesion,得常常做breadsticks,再加上K寶對Villa Pizza的garlic rolls上癮,所以breadsticks和tortilla/pita一樣,一星期至少出現餐桌一次...


K寶愛吃的Villa Pizza的garlic rolls,最主要是灑上/滾上garlic paste/powder, grated parmesan, and chopped parsley,多年來我做過N次了,所以手發癢又加了一堆東東,當然不管煮菜或烘焙,常常是成分越簡單反而越好吃,我的做菜烘焙通常也是minimalist approach,卻也無法抗拒手癢的程度XD...

本來是要post食譜,但是回去翻筆記本,根本沒紀錄,真是XD,有時做菜煮飯忙起來,就忘記或懶的記下來,我想也是因為常做,所以沒紀錄,下次做時再記錄下來分享食譜給大家...

照片可以看到一條大空隙,因為一出爐,就被搶了一條,罪犯不是K寶...是...暴龍...害我得移動旁邊的一條,還是遮不了空隙...都是香味惹的禍...

這一批加了辣椒粉to give it a kick,又加了Spanish smoked praprika...


這是另外一批,多加了chopped almonds,吃起來有點annoying...哈...還加了Ceasar dressing...
