糖葫蘆*Candy-Coated Strawberries

雖然標題叫糖葫蘆,但已經相去甚遠,既不是酸小梨子/李子在內部,也沒有葫蘆形狀,叫糖葫蘆,只是大家容易想像,這個candy-coated strawberries的口感,想做這個是要K寶嚐嚐我小時候最愛吃的零嘴之一,K寶吃得很開心,說像是在嚼玻璃...附食譜做法...

Candy-Coated Strawberries材料及作法:(1 cup=1杯=250ml, 1 tbsp=1大匙=15ml, 1 tsp=1小匙=5ml, 1 lb=454g)

A.
Fresh strawberries洗淨擦乾

B.
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water


1. 將B加熱沸騰,稍微晃動鍋子,讓糖水混合均勻,切勿過度攪動

2. 煮至開始看見一部分糖水開始變金黃,馬上離火,鍋底浸入冷水,稍微冷卻

3. 將A草莓用竹籤插住,在糖水裡滾一圈,速度要快,糖層越薄越酥脆,過厚就太硬,真的超像在嚼玻璃了
