超軟綿低油脂優格奶油餐包*Yogurt Butter Buns*11.5% Whole Wheat

這批buns相當軟綿,到第3天還是超軟綿,最重要的是低油脂,除了麵粉以外,包括所有成份(這批buns並無添加蛋,不然蛋黃也含相當多油脂),12個大餐包,總共添加的脂防量(total fat)只有15.5g(其中包括奶油),算相當健康...K寶又寫了一首詩...她的詩癮又來了,還要我post她的詩XD...

BTW,市面上或網路上,在稱呼全麥麵包時,實在應該用百分比標示清楚,不該直接叫全麥麵包,因為聽來像是高成份全麥,或是100%全麥,相當誤導消費者/讀者,因為有時只添加了一點whole wheat flour/wheat bran/wheat germ,像這批buns,只有添加11.5%全麥麵粉,既使像我以前一樣,添加至1/2 cup whole wheat (for total 3+1/4 cups flour),大約相當於60g=16%,也不應該直接叫全麥麵包,以免造成誤導...
