蔥花大蒜起司麵包 Green Onion Mazzarella Bread

Super soft crumb and crispy crust bread stuffed with stringy mazzarella, garlic and green onion.
上一篇post的麵包,就是為了要做這個網路上相當熱門的麵包...附餡料食譜(recipe included)......

前一陣子好奇,用google搜尋green onion bread,結果竟然出現一堆,像上面照片一樣,令人垂涎欲滴的蔥花起司麵包,看得我饞蟲大作,才做了這個大圓麵包,將所有油糖降到較低,好似相當健康,其實卻是要加一堆,超高熱量的mazzarella and parmesan,還好忘了加bacon,雖然味道可能減分不少,不過總是健康一些些,哈,真是自我欺騙,不過這蔥花起司麵包,真是超級好吃,可惜沒有拍出爐後,拔開一小塊麵包時,mozzarella成絲的照片,因為不想起司冷掉變硬才吃,又暴龍K寶一直要伸手去拔麵包來吃,所以匆匆照了幾張照片就作罷,除了蔥花,起司外,還加了大蒜末,及一些鹽,味道超棒,千萬不要忘記加bacon...

Topping
1 cup shredded mazzarella
1/4 cup shredded parmesan
1 cup of chopped green onions
2 cloves minced garlic
pinch of salt
bacon (pan-fried to slightly crispy)(optional but highly recommended :) I forgot to add it in, sigh...)
