貝果整形法 || Shaping Bagels




1. 基礎發酵好的麵團,稍整成圓形,像切派一樣切成6分,一一滾圓,鬆弛15分鐘

2. 桿成橢圓形,然後像橄欖型麵包/肉桂捲整形法一樣捲起,

3. 再用法棍整形手法,用雙手壓滾整成長條

4. 將一端壓平約2公分,包住另外一端,形成甜甜圈形狀
